Ingredients
- 3 clove (s) garlic, finely chopped
- 1 chilli pepper (s), red, finely chopped (remove seeds if necessary)
- 3 teaspoons olive oil
- 250 g mushrooms, brown, cut into small cubes
- 1 red pepper (s), cut into small cubes
- 3 tomato (s), dried, pickled, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon rosemary, fresher, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon ajvar
- 100 g cottae cheese
- salt and pepper
- 300 g noodles, (pasta) your choice

- Cook pasta as usual.
- Sauté the garlic and chilli in olive oil. Add the mushrooms, peppers, rosemary and tomatoes, fry for a few minutes. Stir in ajvar and cottage cheese. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Do not bring to the boil and fold into the pasta.
