Ingredients

  • 100 g couscous
  • 130 ml water, hot
  • 200 g peas
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon peppermint, dried also works
  • 2 tablespoon parsley
  • 3 tablespoon breadcrumbs, alternatively grated baby rusks
  • 1 pinch (s) cumin
  • possibly lemon juice or lemon peel
  • 1 egg (s)
  • Rapeseed oil for deep-frying

Instructions

  1. Pour water over the couscous and let it soak. Steam the peas and puree half of them. Chop the herbs, press the garlic. Mix all ingredients, form patties from the mixture and fry on both sides in rapeseed oil.
  2. We also have natural yoghurt and salad.
