Ingredients

  • 250 g peas, frozen
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • 0.5 ½ bunch parsley
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 lemon (s), add the juice from it
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly chilli

Instructions

  1. Boil the peas in water for about 5 minutes, drain and allow to cool. Then puree together with the ingredients, salt and pepper. If you want it a little more spicy, you can add some chilli.
  2. A delicious spread is ready.
  3. I fill the pulp into glasses, which I also clean beforehand with steam from the coffee machine.
