Ingredients

  • 4 bell peppers, red and green
  • 2 onions)
  • 150 g bacon, mixed and smoked
  • 1 tablespoon oil (pure sunflower oil)
  • ml ⅛ water
  • 0.5 ½ cube meat stock
  • 3 banana (s)
  • possibly pepper or paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Wash the peppers, remove the seeds and white inner skins. Cut into stripes. Peel the onion and cut into eighths. Cut the bacon into small cubes. Let the oil get hot in the pan and fry everything in it. Pour in water and bring to the boil. Dissolve half a cube of clear meat soup in it and simmer for about 15 minutes. Peel the bananas, cut into slices, add and let them get hot. Possibly Season with a little pepper or paprika.
