- 500 g tomato (s)
- 500 g bell pepper (s), reen or yellow
- 1 large onion (s)
- 50 g bacon, fatter
- 2 teaspoons paprika powder, noble sweet
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
- 2 pinches pepper

- Peel and quarter the tomatoes. Halve the peppers, remove the cores and ribs, wash and cut the halves of the pods crosswise into slices. Peel and dice the onions.
- Cut the bacon into cubes and fry in a saucepan until translucent. Add the onion cubes and stir-fry until golden. Add the pepper strips and sauté with the onion cubes for 5 minutes. Then put the tomato quarters in the saucepan, stir in the paprika powder. Season the vegetables with the salt and pepper and cook covered over a mild heat for 30-40 minutes until very soft. Stir occasionally.
- LECSÓ goes well with rice and scrambled eggs, omelets or fried Debrecziner or other sausages.
