Ingredients

  • 200 ml pineapple juice, not from concentrate
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), including the juice
  • 150 ml sugar syrup
  • 1 egg white

Instructions

  1. All ingredients should be well chilled! Beat the egg whites until stiff. Briefly beat in the syrup sugar, lemon juice and pineapple juice with a whisk. Then pour everything into the ice cream maker. The volume of the mass almost doubles in the ice cream machine when it freezes! This amount is designed for 1 liter of ice cream enjoyment.
  2. A little more lemon juice can be added to taste. The lemon juice is necessary to make the heavy sweetness of the pineapple bearable. The ice cream is very creamy and tastes almost like cream ice cream. The creaminess can be increased by adding more egg whites.
