Potatoes Baked with Apple and Pepper

This unusual side dish of baked potatoes with apple, bell pepper, and olives will appeal to those who like to experiment in the kitchen and those who like original food combinations.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes – 2 pcs.
  • Apple – 1 pc.
  • Bulgarian pepper – 0.5 pcs.
  • Olives – 10 pcs.
  • Olive oil – 2 tbsp
  • Bread crumbs – 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Prepare food.
  2. Peel, wash, and cut the potatoes.
  3. Wash the apple and pepper, remove the seedbox. Cut the apple into slices, and the pulp of the pepper into strips.
  4. In a bowl, combine potatoes, apple, pepper, pour in olive oil, add salt. Stir everything with your hand to distribute the oil evenly.
  5. Now add the breadcrumbs and stir again.
  6. Cut the pitted olives into 3 pieces, add to the bowl with potatoes, apple and pepper. Stir.
  7. Place the potatoes in a baking dish.
  8. Bake the dish at 180 degrees until the potato slices are tender, about 20-30 minutes.
  9. Potatoes baked with apple and pepper, ready to serve. This is a great side dish for meat or fish.
