Puff Sandwich

An unusual and delicious version of a sandwich with mushrooms, sausages, gherkins !!! And it’s not difficult at all!))

Ingredients

  • Yeast puff pastry (defrosted) – 2 squares (100-125 g) (8 squares will come out of one package
  • of dough – 4 servings)
  • Fresh champignons – 1 pc.
  • Canned gherkins – 1-2 pcs.
  • Chorizo ​​sausages – 1 pc.
  • Cheese – 1 plate
  • Bulb onions – 1/2 pc.
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Red wine vinegar – 1 tablespoon
  • Ketchup – 50 g
  • Lettuce – a couple of leaves
  • Ground pepper – to taste
  • Paprika – to taste
  • Sugar to taste

Directions

  1. First, cut the yeast puff pastry into squares. For 1 serving – 2 squares. Don’t roll it out.
  2. Place on a baking sheet. And bake in a preheated oven at 200-220 degrees for about 10 minutes.
  3. Finely chop the onion.
  4. Chop the garlic finely.
  5. Fry onion and garlic in a frying pan. Add paprika. Add red wine vinegar and ketchup. We evaporate for a couple of minutes and remove everything.
  6. Fry the chorizo ​​sausages on all sides. To fry, add water and cover.
  7. We cut the gherkins into plates.
  8. Cut mushrooms into plates, fresh champignons.
  9. Cut the sausage (if necessary).
  10. And we add a sandwich: puff, lettuce, mushrooms, gherkins, sausage, sauce, and cheese. And one more puff on top. That’s all.
