Puff with Ham, Sour Cream and Parsley

Today I propose to please the family with a delicious dish – a puff with ham, sour cream and parsley. This option of hassle-free and at the same time elegant baking is perfect for breakfast on a weekend, gathering over a cup of tea or coffee, and even for a family celebration. It turns out very tasty, tender, appetizing and beautiful. The puff is delicious both hot and cold. Be sure to try this wonderful combination of parsley, ham, sour cream and crispy puff pastry.

Directions

Prepare all the food you need. It is better to choose natural, the most delicious ham. Remove the puff pastry from the refrigerator in advance. You can immediately turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.
Cut the ham into thin slices.
Rinse the parsley, dry and chop finely.
Roll out the puff pastry into a thin rectangular layer.
Grease the dough with sour cream, spreading over the entire surface with a cooking brush.
Top with ham and herbs.
Roll the dough into a roll. If the edges are uneven, you can trim them off a little.
Using scissors, make small cuts on the roll, as shown in the photo.
Turn each cut piece slightly to the side, alternating directions in an arbitrary order (for example, as in the photo).
Transfer the roll to a baking sheet lined with foil or oiled. Shake the yolk in a small container. Grease the roll with yolk – as a result, the baking will have a beautiful color. Bake the roll in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
After a while, an appetizing and ruddy puff with ham, sour cream and parsley is ready.
