- 2 cubes yeast, each 4 g
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 kg flour, 405
- 1 liter buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 packet onion (s) (fried onions)
- 250 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 200 ml cream
