- 1 liter milk
- 1 tablespoon butter, (possibly 2 )
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- some lemon zest
- 175 g rice (especially for rice puddin)
- sugar
- cinnamon

- Bring the milk, butter, salt, sugar, lemon zest and rice to the boil in a saucepan, turn back a little and let it soak slowly. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon while still warm and enjoy.
