Ingredients
- 250 g wholemeal spelled flour
- 250 g spelled flour type 1050
- 10 g salt
- 0.5 ½ cube fresh yeast, finely crumbled
- 10 grams sugar
- 500 ml water, lukewarm
- Fat for the shape
To sprinkle:
- 100 g sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, flax seeds, chia, buckwheat, walnuts, hazelnuts your choice
