Salad with Chinese Cabbage, Ham and Suluguni Cheese

You only need four ingredients to make this salad! A salad with Chinese cabbage, ham and suluguni cheese is prepared in minutes. It is perfect for homemade lunch, dinner and even a festive table.

Ingredients
- Peking cabbage – 300 g
- Ham – 150 g
- Suluguni cheese – 80 g
- Mayonnaise – 20 g
- Salt (optional) – to taste
- Ground black pepper (optional) – to taste
Directions
- Prepare all ingredients. Buy fresh and beautiful cabbage. Suluguni can be bought smoked or regular. Any sausage is suitable instead of ham: both smoked and boiled.
- Wash the cabbage well and pat dry with a paper towel. Remove the top leaves. Do not use the denser part at the base. Cut the rest of the tender cabbage into thin strips.
- Cut the ham into small cubes. Choose the cutting method at your discretion. It will not affect the taste in any way
- If the suluguni is in a pigtail like mine, separate them and cut into pieces the same size as the ham. If the suluguni is in a bar, cut the cheese into cubes.
- Find the right salad bowl. Add chopped napa cabbage, ham cubes and suluguni cheese.
- Season with mayonnaise just before serving. Stir. Use salt and ground pepper if necessary, as the cheese is quite salty.
- Salad with Chinese cabbage, ham and suluguni cheese is ready.
