Sandwiches “Lion”

Delicious “Lions” sandwiches are perfect for a children’s festive table. The sandwiches will undoubtedly be eaten as the kids love carrots, sausages, olives. And most importantly, the child will not be able to miss the lion cub’s face, and will certainly bite off his ear. I prepared such sandwiches for my daughter’s birthday.

Ingredients

  • Capelin caviar – 100 g
  • Butter – 100 g
  • Baguette – 1 pc.
  • Olives – 10 pcs.
  • Large carrots – 1 pc.
  • Sausages – 2 pcs.
  • Sausages – 2 pcs.
  • Bulgarian pepper – 1/3 pcs.
  • Greenery for decoration

Directions

  1. Grate the carrots on a fine grater. Cut the baguette into slices.
  2. Mix softened butter with caviar.
  3. Boil sausages and sausages, cool. Divide the sausages into halves in length, cut into half circles (ears). Cut the sausages into circles (muzzle).
  4. Cut the Bulgarian pepper into small triangles (mouth).
  5. Cut the olives into half rings (eyes).
  6. Spread a slice of baguette with a sandwich mass, lay out a circle of sausages, put sausages-ears on the sides. Put the olives-eyes and the mouth-bell pepper. Decorate the tray with herbs, layout the sandwiches.
