Ingredients

  • 1 pck. Pizza dough, (for a springform pan)
  • 300 g minced beef
  • 300 g minced pork
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 can sauerkraut, (medium)
  • 1 bottle sauce for seasoning, (spicy)
  • 150 g sausae (beer ham)
  • 150 g salami
  • 250 g cheese, (Gouda)
  • Breadcrumbs
  • mustard
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 egg (s)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pizza dough according to the instructions and let it rest for a while. In the meantime, season the minced meat (onion, egg, mustard, salt, pepper, breadcrumbs) and sear it. Add the sauerkraut and cook well (approx. 5 min.). Stir in the seasoning sauce and bring to the boil again. Place the salami and the beer ham on the rolled out pizza dough (in the springform pan). Spread the slightly cooled minced meat and sauerkraut mixture on top. Finally, spread the cheese over it. Bake for about 50-60 minutes.
