Sausage with Cheese in Egg Batter

You couldn’t imagine a better breakfast dish – sausage with cheese in egg batter. Hearty and tasty!

Ingredients

Directions

Prepare the required ingredients.
Beat an egg into a bowl, add salt. Beat with a fork for 15 seconds.
Add flour, mix well.
Pour in milk.
Mix everything well again. The egg batter is ready!
Cut the cheese and sausage into rectangular pieces.
Place the sausage on a slice of cheese and cover with another slice of cheese. Do this with all the cheese and all the sausages.
Dip the sausage with cheese in the batter.
Heat a skillet with vegetable oil over medium heat. Put the sausage with cheese in egg batter in the heated oil.
Fry sausage with cheese in batter for 20-30 seconds on each side.
