Sausages in the “Flowers” Dough

Sausages in dough are a very popular pastry. And if they are prepared in the form of flowers, then they will be in high demand at the children’s table and at the picnic. And breakfast with such pastries will be more fun!

Servings
- Sausages – 3 pcs.
- Yeast puff pastry – 300 g
- Egg – 1 pc.
- Vegetable oil – for greasing parchment
Directions
- Prepare food. If the puff pastry is frozen, then it must be defrosted in advance.
- Cut rectangles out of the dough so that you can wrap the sausages in them.
- Place a sausage on the edge of the rectangle and roll the dough with the sausage into a roll. Pinch the edges of the dough so that the sausage is completely hidden in the dough.
- Make even cuts on one side.
- Roll the sausage in the dough into a ring and pinch the edges at the junction.
- Shake the egg.
- Cover the baking sheet with baking paper, sprinkle a little with vegetable oil. Put the sausages in the dough on a baking sheet, brush them with a beaten egg. Bake the sausages in puff pastry in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 15 minutes.
- Sausages in the “Flowers” dough are ready.
