Ingredients
For the dough:
- 5 egg (s)
- 200 g suar
- liter ⅛ oil
- liters ⅛ water
- 250 g flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 3 tablespoon cocoa powder
For the cream:
- 250 g quark (curd cheese)
- 0.25 liter ¼ cream
- 0.5 liter ½ milk
- 1 packet custard powder, vanilla
- 100 g suar
- 100 g butter
- 8 banana (s)
- Cake icing, chocolate

- Dough:
- Separate the eggs. Mix in the egg yolks and sugar until foamy, slowly stir in the oil and water, then mix in the flour, baking powder and cocoa. Finally, carefully fold in the stiffly beaten egg white.
- Spread the dough on a baking sheet. Bake at 200 degrees top / bottom heat in a preheated oven for about 20 - 25 minutes.
- Cream:
- Prepare the pudding as usual and let it get really cold. Mix the butter and sugar until foamy, stir in the curd cheese. Gradually add the cold pudding. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in.
- Cut the bananas into not too thin slices and cover the cold cake with them, spread the cream on top and cover with chocolate icing - chill! Then cut into about 15 pieces.
