Ingredients

  • 1 kg pork goulash
  • 3 bell peppers, red, yellow, green
  • 4 onion (s)
  • 200 ml tomato ketchup
  • 100 ml herbal vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup (BBQ ketchup)
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon spice mix (BBQ Rub)
  • 50 ml oil
  • 1 tablespoon paprika, noble sweet

Instructions

  1. Cut the onions into sixths and cut the peppers into pieces approx. 3 x 3 cm. Alternate the kebab skewers with the meat, onions and pepper pieces and place in a large baking dish or a deep baking sheet.
  2. Mix the remaining ingredients into a marinade and spread it on the kebab skewers.
  3. Cover the baking dish or baking sheet with aluminum foil, place the skewers on it and cook at 150 ° C top / bottom heat on the bottom shelf for at least 2 hours.
  4. The shashlik is wonderfully fruity, crumbly and juicy and does not require the addition of salt and bacon.
