Ingredients
- 100 g meat substitute (lupine steak)
- 0.5 ½ onion (s), white
- 4 mushrooms, brown
- 3 tablespoon puree (almond puree), white
- 200 ml water, warm
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- parsley
- 3 tablespoon oil

- Puree the almond butter with the water. Cut up the steak. Cut the onion into strips and the mushrooms into slices.
- In a large pan, first fry the onion strips together with the lupine slices until both are colored. Now add the mushrooms and fry for 2 minutes. Mix with the almond butter and season with the spices.
- Simmer for another 2 minutes. If necessary, add additional water and stir in if the consistency is too thick. Rice or spaetzle go well with it.
