Ingredients
- 5 dumplings
- 3 egg (s)
- 1 small onion (s)
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- butter

- First cut the dumplings into strips and the onions into small cubes! Beat the eggs into one and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- Melt the butter in a pan and add the ravioli! When these start to brown, add the onion and fry! When everything is well seared, add the egg mixture and let it set!
- Stir it 1-2 times and you`re done!
