Ingredients

  • 140 g flour
  • 140 g whole wheat flour
  • 70 g almond (s), round
  • 150 g butter, salted, cut into cubes, cold
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 2 teaspoons water
  • 200 g sesame paste (tahini)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C top / bottom heat. Line two baking trays with parchment paper.
  2. Process all ingredients except for water and tahini into a crumbly dough. Now add the tahini and water. The dough should not feel too dry, otherwise knead it with wet hands.
