Ingredients
- 2 vanilla pods, possibly 3
- 150 ml water
- 700 ml gin
- 225 g rock candy

- Cut 2 vanilla sticks, scrape out and boil everything (pod + pulp!) With 150 ml water and 25 g rock candy and simmer for about 10 minutes. Let cool and filter.
- Pour into a bottle and add 0.7 l of gin and 200 g of rock sugar.
- If you want, you can add 1 vanilla stick to the bottle. Let the whole thing stand for several weeks (at least 6) - the longer the better.
