Ingredients

  • 500 g quark
  • 500g flour
  • 100 g suar
  • 9 tablespoon oil
  • 9 tablespoon milk
  • 1 pinch (s) salt

  • 1 ½ kg onion (s)
  • 250 g bacon, diced, or reen bacon

  • 3 egg (s)
  • 1 cup heavy cream or sour cream, it can also be yoghurt

Instructions

  1. Make a fake yeast dough from the first seven ingredients. Add as much flour as the kneading dough accepts and can be easily rolled out on the baking sheet. Make holes in the bottom with a fork.
  2. Then roast the peeled, diced onions with the bacon until translucent in a pan and season with the spices such as caraway seeds, salt, pepper, marjoram and thyme and distribute them on the dough, cooled slightly.
  3. Now the eggs are beaten in a bowl and the cream is mixed in. Season the mixture again with salt, pepper and nutmeg and distribute it over the onion and ham mixture.
  4. The baking sheet is placed in the oven for approx. 35 minutes at 180 ° C (gas: level 3) for baking.
  5. If you want, you can pour pizza cheese over the last mass beforehand. But it also tastes good without it and comes closer to the original.
