Ingredients
- 100 g chocolate, white with strawberry pieces
- 100 g cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 10 g butter
For the cream: (dark)
- 100 g chocolate, dark
- 100 g cream cheese
- 20 g butter
- 2 teaspoon cocoa nibs

- Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler with the butter. Whisk the liquid and not too hot chocolate with the cream cheese and vanilla extract.
- Now melt the dark chocolate with the butter in the water bath, as soon as it is liquid, stir again with the cream cheese, finally add the cocoa nibs.
- Layer the light and dark cream alternately in a glass with a screw cap.
- The cream can be consumed immediately.
