Ingredients

  • 300 g flour (e.. liht wheat flour)
  • 20 g oatmeal, tender
  • 60 g raw cane suar
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled salt
  • 70 g sunflower oil
  • 150 g soy yourt (yourt alternative), vanilla flavor
  • 80 g raisins

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except for the raisins. The result is a crumbly dough. Then knead briefly and incorporate the raisins. Form small flat rolls and place on a prepared baking sheet.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for approx. 20 - 25 minutes.
  3. The batter is enough for 10-12 scones.
  4. Tip: Delicious with apple jelly.
