Almond Cookies “Temptation”

Almond-almond, delicate, aromatic, and crumbly cookies. A tasty addition to New Year’s gifts. Simple in appearance, easy to prepare, but with its unique almond aftertaste, it tempts to eat another cookie again and again.
Ingredients
- Wheat flour / Flour – 250 g
- Almonds – 125 g
- Sugar – 150 g
- Margarine – 125 g
- Chicken egg – 1 pc
- Cinnamon – 0.5 teaspoon
- Soda – 0.5 teaspoon.
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 150 ºС. Preparing food is such a small set. Combine sugar with cinnamon. Sifted flour with baking soda. Butter or margarine at room temperature.
- Grind for 10-15 seconds.
- Add cinnamon sugar. Stir for 10-15 seconds.
- Add egg and margarine. Another 15 seconds of work of the combine and the liquid part of the dough is ready.
- Transfer to a bowl and add flour and baking soda.
- Combine the dough with quick movements of a spoon.
- And then knead with your hands. The dough gathers well in a lump, kneads quickly, there is no need to dust the table with flour. Divide the dough into 4 pieces. Roll up flagella with a diameter of 3-4 cm from each part. Put in the freezer for 1 hour. I added a drop of food coloring to one of the flagella and rubbed it into the dough using a culinary scraper so that the dough touches the hands less, the heat tightens it, and makes it less crumbly.
- An hour later I take a flagellum from the freezer, cut it into 1 cm thick washers. Spread the cookies on a baking sheet, not tightly.
- Send the baking sheet with cookies to the prepared oven for 7-10 minutes. Once removed from the oven – sprinkle generously with powdered sugar, it will stick better to the cookies.
