  • 1 kg apples, cleaned, diced
  • 2 onion (s), cleaned and diced
  • 200 g suar
  • 150 ml balsamic vinegar, white
  • 350 ml cider, sweet or dry
  • 3 tablespoon pepper, green from the glass
  • 2 teaspoons salt

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a sufficiently large saucepan and simmer thickly on a low flame, season again if necessary.
  2. Fill the prepared twist-off glasses to the brim and allow to cool.
