  • 8 teaspoon, heaped sour cream
  • 50 g cheese (Emmentaler), rated
  • 4 cherry tomato (s)

Instructions

  1. Set the toasting oven to the highest setting and preheat.
  2. Halve 2 tortillas in the middle and spread on the tray. If there is not enough space on the tray, quarter the tortillas. Small overlaps do not matter.
  3. Spread 2 heaped teaspoons of sour cream on each half of the tortilla so that there is still 1 cm of edge all around. So you don`t need any baking foil and the tray is easier to wash off afterwards. Quarter the tomatoes and distribute them on the tortillas. Spread about one tablespoon of cheese on each half. Place in the toasting oven for 2-3 minutes until the cheese has melted.

  5. Instead of cheese and tomatoes, you can also use chopped salmon and onions. But that takes a little more time.
