Carrot Cheesecake

Curd baked goods cannot leave anyone indifferent. Cheesecake, perhaps, in the first place among the cottage cheese snacks. Here’s a very simple recipe for carrot cheesecake. Try it.

Ingredients

  • Curd – 700 Grams
  • Egg – 4 Pieces (1 egg in the dough, 3 in the curd mass)
  • Butter – 60 grams
  • Flour – 1 Glass
  • Carrots – 1-2 Pieces
  • Sugar – 110 grams (40 gr. In dough, 70 gr. In curd mass)
  • Vanilla tincture – 1
  • Sour cream – 1 Glass
  • Salt – 1 Pinch

Directions

  1. Let’s prepare the ingredients.
  2. Pour sugar (40 g) into a bowl and add an egg. Whisk.
  3. Add soft butter.
  4. Three carrots and squeeze out the juice. You will need the juice later, and add the dry carrots to the bowl.
  5. We mix.
  6. Add flour. You can use 2 types of flour – whole grain and white wheat. We knead the dough.
  7. Distribute the dough in shape. We make a high side around the entire peri. We put the workpiece in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 7-10 minutes.
  8. Cooking curd mass. Drive eggs into a bowl, add salt and sugar (70 gr.). Beat until foamy.
  9. Add cottage cheese to the bowl.
  10. We put fat sour cream or cream.
  11. Pour carrot juice.
  12. Stir the curd mass with a blender until smooth.
  13. We take out the workpiece from the oven and fill it with curd mass. We bake at 170 degrees for about 30 minutes. Then turn off the oven, but do not open the door, leave the cheesecake in the oven for another 30 minutes.
  14. Cool the cheesecake and cut into portions. The finished cheesecake can be supplemented with melted chocolate, berry mousse, or fruit.
  15. Carrot cheesecake is ready, help yourself.
