Ingredients

For the dough:

250 g flour
2 egg (s)
0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
0.25 liter ¼ milk

Instructions

First make the patties. To do this, mix the flour, eggs, 1/2 teaspoon salt and milk with a hand mixer until smooth. Bake the pancakes with oil in a pan.
Clean and dice the apple, carrots and celery. Fry everything in hot oil. Deglaze with the vegetable stock, then season with salt, pepper and thyme. Add the crème frâiche and the grated cheese.
Distribute this mixture evenly on the patties, then roll up. Cut the rolls about two or three times and place in a greased baking dish.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170 ° C top / bottom heat for 10 minutes.
Fry the bacon in oil. Cut the leek into rings and sauté with it. Season a little to taste, pour everything over the patties and serve.
