Chopped Chicken Breast Schnitzel

Schnitzel made from the minced chicken breast is an incredibly tasty and satisfying dish (otherwise – meat in Albanian or ministerial). Chop the chicken fillet finely, season with aromatic spices, and then fry until golden brown.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast – 500 g
  • Chicken egg – 1 pc.
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
  • Potato starch (or flour) – 2 tbsp
  • Dried garlic
  • Turmeric
  • Salt to taste
  • Vegetable oil – for frying

Schnitzel is more commonly associated with a flat slice of roasted pork or beef. Schnitzel is also prepared from other products, including vegetables. Our recipe uses chicken fillet.

Directions

  1. Let’s start by processing the chicken breast. Cut the washed and dried fillets into small pieces.
  2. The next ingredient is onions. We will not grind it with a knife, as usual, but rub it.
  3. Add spices to the chicken breast and onion: dried garlic, salt, turmeric.
  4. Add the declared portion of mayonnaise in the next step.
  5. Add starch further (you can replace it with flour).
  6. Don’t forget about the chicken egg. We drive the ingredient into the bowl with the rest of the products.
  7. Mix well. To make the chicken schnitzel juicy and aromatic, let our base marinate in the cold for 30 minutes.
  8. Preparing the pan. We heat vegetable oil in a bowl. Put the pickled and aromatic chicken mass in a pan in the form of a flat schnitzel.
  9. Fry on both sides. The minced chicken breast schnitzel should turn golden.
  10. Enjoy your meal!
