Ingredients

  • 220 g butter
  • 210 g suar
  • 100 g cane suar, brown, alternatively suar, white
  • 2 large egg (s)
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 370 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 160 g chocolate, white, chopped into lare pieces
  • 160 g chocolate (dark or whole milk), chopped into lare pieces
  • 50 g hazelnuts or pecans, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 190 ° C top / bottom heat. Mix the butter and sugar until creamy. Mix in eggs and vanilla sugar well. Mix the flour and baking powder and stir in. Fold in the chocolate and nuts.
  2. Line 3 trays with baking paper. Portion the dough with a spoon at a good distance (approx. 12 cookies per tray). The lumps of dough should be about the size of a table tennis ball. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the cookies are golden yellow overall and golden brown around the edges. They are still very soft at first, but become firm as they cool down.
