Ingredients

  • 45 g whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
  • 1 teaspoon honey or agave syrup
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking soda
  • 50 ml plant milk (plant drink)
  • Cinnamon sugar
  • Apple pulp

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour with the dry ingredients and the milk. Melt the coconut oil and add it with the honey. Mix well again and cook in the microwave for 1 minute at approx. 700 - 800 watts.
  2. That’s enough. The mug cake simply tastes best when it is not fully baked. Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve with apple pulp if you like.
