Ingredients

  • 75 g couscous, already cooked
  • 50 ml apple juice
  • 50 ml orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 150 g fruit your choice, cut into small pieces
  • 180 g yourt

Instructions

  1. Mix the couscous with the fruit juice and honey, then let it soak for about 15-20 minutes.
  2. Now pour layers of couscous, fruit and yoghurt into a dessert bowl.
