Herring Appetizer on Bread with Colorful Balls

An interesting serving of festive sandwiches with herring, beetroot, and eggs. Very affordable ingredients and minimal cooking time. The herring appetizer looks very worthy. Serve herring on bread with colorful balls of boiled beets and eggs – the guests will be happy! What is a holiday without a herring? 🙂

How to make a herring, beet, and egg festive snack:

Directions

Boil eggs and beets in advance, let cool. Cut the bread into pieces, brush with butter or curd cheese. Grate whites, yolks, and beets separately. Mix separately with mayonnaise, season with salt and pepper.
On the bread and butter, place a slice of thinly chopped onion and three balls of different colors formed from beets, yolk, and protein. Place pieces of herring fillet between them. Sprinkle with chopped herbs on sandwiches with herring, onion, beetroot, and eggs.
