  • 500 g minced meat, mixed fresh
  • 1 roll
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 egg (s)
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder, noble sweet
  • some breadcrumbs
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Put the minced meat in a bowl.
  2. Now soak the roll in warm water and squeeze it well and add it to the minced meat.
  3. Dice the onion and add it too. Add the egg, salt, pepper and paprika powder. Put the garlic through the garlic press and also.
  4. Now shape the meatballs with damp hands and turn them in breadcrumbs.
  5. Now slowly fry them until golden in vegetable oil.
  6. Tip: If there is anything left over, just put it in the refrigerator and take it with you to work the next day. Almost better when cold.
