Ingredients
- 1 packet chicken broth or vegetable broth (instant)
- 1 liter water
- 1 pack dumplings (usually 6 pieces) with meat or vegetable filling
- 100 ml cream
- Splash Tabasco

- Cut the dumplings into strips or cubes.
- Pour the soup powder into 1 liter of water, add the Maultaschen (pieces) directly and let the whole thing boil gently for about 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes, stop the heat supply, add 100 ml of cream to the soup and, if desired, add a few to a large number of strong dashes of Tabasco.
