Ingredients
- 1 kg minced meat, half + half
- 2 egg (s)
- 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 can pineapple, cut into pieces
- 250 g mayonnaise
- 100 ml cream
- 100 ml ketchup (curry ketchup)
- Onion powder
- salt and pepper

- Put the minced meat with eggs, breadcrumbs, onion seasoning, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix everything, then shape very small meatballs and fry in a little oil, then let them cool.
- Drain the mushrooms and pineapple and place in a bowl, cut the mushrooms into bite-sized pieces if necessary. Add the mayonnaise, cream, ketchup and curry and mix everything well. Season to taste with salt, pepper and curry.
- Add the cold meatballs and mix again. It is best to let it steep in the refrigerator overnight.
