Ingredients

  • 75 g butter, soft
  • 125 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 500 g low-fat quark
  • 1 packet custard powder, vanilla
  • 500 g apples, sour, e.. Granny Smith, Boskoop
  • some cinnamon
  • raisins
  • Almond slivers
  • Fat, for the shape

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200 Β° C top and bottom heat, 180 Β° C circulating air.
  2. Briefly stir the butter until smooth, gradually add the sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, salt and quark and mix everything well on the highest setting. Now stir in the pudding powder on a medium setting.
  3. Peel, quarter and core the apples. Cut half of the apples into small cubes and the other half into thin wedges. Fold the apple cubes into the curd mixture. If necessary, raisins can now also be folded in.
  4. Put the quark mixture in a greased baking dish and cover with apple wedges. Sprinkle thinly with cinnamon. If necessary, almond slivers can now also be spread on top.
  5. Bake on medium heat for about 25-35 degrees.
