- 250 ml milk
- 16 slices toast
- 2 mozzarella, a 15g
- 4 slices ham, raw
- Pepper, greener
- Breadcrumbs
- oil

- Beat the eggs in a bowl, whisk with salt, add milk while stirring.
- Debark the toasts, halve the ham and cut to size. Divide each mozzarella into 4 slices.
- Soak each slice of toast in the egg-milk mixture, then squeeze out lightly.
- Cover eight slices of toast with a slice of ham and mozzarella each, as well as green pepper. Place a slice of toast on each, squeeze the bread together and turn it into breadcrumbs.
- Heat plenty of oil in a deep pan and bake toasts until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve finished toasts garnished with tomatoes and basil leaves!
