Ingredients

  • 600 g pak choi
  • 1 bell pepper (s)
  • 300 g pasta, your choice
  • water
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 2 tablespoon sesame oil, or neutral oil
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled curry powder
  • salt and pepper
  • Chili powder

Instructions

  1. Cut off the stalk from the pak choi and any wilted areas and wash the rest. Cut the stalks of the pak choi into smaller strips and the leaves into larger strips. Wash the peppers and cut into cubes. Peel the garlic and onion and also dice.
  2. Put the water on and prepare the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. Drain when they are done.
  3. Meanwhile, heat the sesame oil in a pan. Add the onions and sauté until translucent. Add the stalks of the pak chois as well as paprika and garlic and fry everything briefly. I like it firm to the bite, so it doesn`t take that long to sear it. Add a little of the spices, then add the cream and bring to the boil. Add the pak choi leaves last and season to taste again. Finally add the finished noodles.
