Ingredients
- 6 sausages
- 1 large onion (s)
- 2 cups cream
- 1 can vegetables, (Mexi vegetables)
- 1 can mushrooms
- 2 teaspoons stock, grained
- salt and pepper
- oil

- Cut the sausage into slices and fry in a pan with the onion cut into rings in a little oil until the sausage is nice and brown. Pour in the cream, season with the broth and simmer for 10 minutes. Then add the mushrooms and the Mexican vegetables, let them get hot and season everything with salt and pepper.
- We eat this either with mashed potatoes or with rice.
