Ingredients
- 115 g butter
- 4 tablespoon cane sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 egg (s)
- 125 g flour, pure spelled
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking powder
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 100 g chocolate, (chocolate droplets) or chopped dark chocolate
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 30 g almond (s), round

- Beat the butter, cane sugar and vanilla sugar in a bowl with a hand mixer until foamy. Add the egg and stir well. Mix in the flour, baking powder and salt. Add the chopped chocolate and the chocolate droplets. Finally fold the cocoa powder and ground almonds into the mixture.
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top and bottom heat.
- Shape the dough into small balls with the palm of your hand and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Press the balls a little flat with the palm of your hand. Bake in the middle of the oven for approx. 10 minutes, depending on the size. Take out and let cool down. Then bake the remaining cookies in the same way.
- The cookies can be stored for about 3 weeks in a well-closing jar.
