Ingredients
- 1 kg blueberries / blueberries
- 1 lemon (s), add the juice from it
- 1 vanilla pod (s), sliced
- 1 stick cinnamon, a piece it
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 pinch (s) nutmeg
- 1 pinch (s) clove powder
- 0.25 teaspoon ¼ black pepper from the mill
- 1 kg preserving sugar (: )

- Rinse the blueberries / blueberries with cold water and drain well. Mash with a fork or puree briefly. Mix with lemon juice, all the spices and the preserving sugar and leave to steep overnight, covered.
- Then slowly bring to the boil while stirring and let it simmer for 4 minutes. Remove the vanilla stick, cinnamon stick and bay leaves. Pour the jam hot into prepared jars and close immediately.
- Makes approx. 4 - 5 glasses.
