Ingredients

  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 bunch dill
  • 8 teaspoons, heaped almonds, ground or hazelnuts, ground
  • 6 teaspoon, heaped yeast flakes
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled salt
  • 2 small chilli pepper (s), red, without seeds, possibly starting with 1 the first time
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Roughly chop the parsley and dill, also use the stalks. Shred all ingredients in a mixer or food processor or stir / mix to a homogeneous mass.
  2. A really nice hot pesto is ready.
