Ingredients
- 750 g minced beef
- 600 g spinach leaves, frozen
- 1 roll, from the day before
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon herbs, frozen (herbs Provence)
- 4 tablespoon oil, (rapeseed oil)
- Salt and pepper, from the mill.
- 1 egg (s)

- Soak the bread roll and squeeze it out very well, mix it with the meat in a bowl. Then knead well with the egg, mustard, salt, pepper, the herbs and the chopped garlic cloves.
- Thaw the frozen spinach and squeeze it out well. Then roughly chop and mix with the meat mixture.
- Shape 12 meatballs and fry for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Then place in a preheated oven at 180 ° on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for about 20 minutes.
- Goes well with mashed potatoes with garlic.
