Ingredients

  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 250 g low-fat quark with 40% fat
  • 0.2 liters orange juice
  • cinnamon
  • 4 small speculoos
  • 1 vanilla pod (s)
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 1 apple
  • 3 gingerbread (wafer gingerbread)
  • 1 clove (s)
  • 3 walnuts
  • 15 g almond (s), round

Instructions

  1. Peel the apple and cut into small pieces. Add a pinch of cinnamon and distribute properly. Put the apples in the oven at 200 ° C for about 15-20 minutes.
  2. Mix the mascarpone with the quark. Stir in the sugar, vanilla sugar, the pulp of a vanilla pod and a pinch of cinnamon. Mix 3 tablespoons of orange juice with the cream. Put the speculoos biscuits in a freezer bag and beat them into crumbs with a nutcracker or meat mallet. Fold this under the cream.
  3. Bring the orange juice to the boil with a clove, a packet of vanilla sugar and a pinch of cinnamon and remove from the heat. Separate the gingerbread from the wafers and cut into small cubes. Take the apples out of the oven and mix with the ground almonds. Pour the orange juice over the gingerbread cubes.
  4. Put a small portion of cream in glasses. Spread the soaked life cake cubes on top. Make sure that as much juice as possible drips off before it is poured into the glass. Then layer in the cream and apples. Finish with a layer of cream.
  5. For the topping, crack the walnuts, put them in a freezer bag and beat them into crumbs with the nutcracker. Spread this on the cream. Cinnamon stars or small chocolate figures are suitable for decoration.
