Ingredients
- 300 g onion (s), sliced
- 3 tablespoon flour
- 1 tablespoon paprika powder, noble sweet
- 250 ml oil
- 4 slices toast bread (rye toast bread)
- 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 50 g Emmentaler cheese, rated
- 50 g parmesan, rated

- Mix the onion slices in a bowl with the flour and paprika. Fry the onions in a pan in hot oil until light brown.
- Roast the toast, sprinkle with mayonnaise and then add the onions. Sprinkle with parmesan and Emmentaler cheese.
