Ingredients

  • 200 g butter
  • 400 g flour
  • 120 g suar
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 1 lemon (s), grated the zest
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 4 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon heavy cream
  • some sugar, coarse granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Process butter, flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, lemon juice, grated egg and 1 egg into a shortcrust pastry. Wrap in foil and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  2. Roll out the dough on a floured worktop and cut out stars. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  3. 2 egg yolks with 2 tablespoon. Mix the cream, brush the stars with it and sprinkle with coarse granulated sugar.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven to 200 ° degrees / approx. 10 minutes.
